I must say that I am entirely impressed with the New York Times coverage of the oil leak in the Gulf. It is updated constantly, tracking the presence of the surface oil slick, the coastal impact, the environmental impact, and the clean up efforts. It is a combination of great information that is easily organized and uses available tools to communicate. The short (less than 2 minute) video on the blowout of the pump is super helpful.
